Anyone who knows Madeira Island knows that there is a place in Europe where it is always spring

Land of sea and flowers, incredible hotels and fantastic spaces for entertainment and dining, Madeira is the ideal destination for your event when Europe is shivering in the cold.
All two hours from the mainland.

What does the Madeira archipelago have to offer?

Magnificent hotels, with stunning views of the sea. Temperatures that lead us to a constant summer. The sea is between 19 and 24º C and always allows water sports to be practiced.
Have a special meal in Madeira in a setting of the most contemporary design, or in a traditional market.
More curiosities that make Madeira a unique destination, the morphology of the island forced the creation of around 3000 km of levadas, a model for irrigation of farmland, a monument to man’s creativity. And the Madeira wine, the true ambassador of the island which, in 1776, was chosen for the toast that celebrated the independence of the USA.
All framed by a wonderful people of joy and welcome.

Some events organized in Madeira and Porto Santo

European Insurance Group – MEET WEST recently helped to hold two fantastic events with around 75 people each, over four days in the city of Funchal. The two Groups stayed in 5-star Hotels, held daily meetings and had lunch at a Historic Café in the center of Funchal; They carried out lively activities in contact with nature and the sea, and had dinner at the space of one of the most famous designers in Portugal.

Large Energy Company – This company chose MEET WEST for an event with 250 staff, at the Savoy Palace Hotel. The meetings were held at the Congress Center and at the Hotel. From the program we highlight the much appreciated welcome dinner at the local market, or the canyoning, climbing, boat trips and walking activities.
